Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain service estimates to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle service.
Keep customers updated on service progress and additional repair requirements.
Deliver vehicles after service and explain the work completed.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain service records and documentation accurately.
Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and processes.
Requirements
Any Graduation is mandatory (Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical is an added advantage).
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
