Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Repair damaged vehicle body panels using appropriate dent removal techniques.
Straighten, reshape, and align vehicle body parts.
Replace damaged panels and body components when required.
Use hand tools, welding equipment, and dent repair tools safely.
Prepare vehicles for painting after dent repair work.
Ensure repairs meet company quality standards.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Coordinate with painters and body shop advisors for timely vehicle delivery.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Automobile or relevant trade is preferred.
Basic knowledge of automobile body repair and dent removal techniques.
Ability to use body repair tools and equipment.
Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
