Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives and advisors.
Monitor branch performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, BFSI, or Sales, with leadership experience.
