Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and acquire customers for life insurance products.
Promote and sell life insurance plans to individuals and businesses.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-up activities.
Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.
Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Intermediate (as per company requirements).
