Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining the highest design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, and project objectives.
Develop accurate architectural drawings and construction documentation.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior architects and design staff.
Ensure timely delivery of architectural designs while maintaining quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
Prepare design presentations and participate in client meetings.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants during project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, planning, and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and local building regulations.
Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Knowledge of sustainable architecture and green building practices.
Ability to prepare BOQs, project estimates, and construction documentation.
Strong client management and team leadership skills.
