About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at MNM Solutions in Visakhapatnam. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (any stream) or +2 candidates.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.

Good to Have

• Experience in field sales or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Knowledge of the local market in Visakhapatnam.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
