JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Counsel students and understand their educational requirements and career goals.
• Explain available courses, programs, and learning opportunities clearly.
• Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, or direct interactions.
• Follow up with interested students and provide relevant information.
• Maintain regular communication with students and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Address basic queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned counselling and enrollment targets.
