Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and confident International Voice Process Executives with excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate information or solutions, and maintaining a professional customer experience throughout the call.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
• Provide accurate information about products or services.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Update customer information and call details accurately in the CRM.
• Follow company scripts, processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, customer-service, or sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call.

Excellent English verbal communication and pronunciation.

Strong active listening and customer-handling skills.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.

Comfortable working in night shifts.

Target-oriented and willing to learn.
