JOB DESCRIPTION
Cream Stone is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Team Members to join our store operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer handling, order taking, ice cream preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer handling and assisting customers with their requirements
Taking customer orders accurately
Preparing and serving ice creams and desserts as per company standards
Handling toppings, ingredients, and preparation materials
Ensuring proper presentation and quality of products
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the store and work area
Packing takeaway and delivery orders properly
Coordinating with team members for smooth store operations
Following food safety and company guidelines
Supporting other store activities as assigned by the supervisor
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification: SSC / 10th Pass
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site food service environment
