Position: Mobile Technician & Sales Executive
Company: MMS Mobiles Vizag

Location: Dabagardens, Vizag
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Qualification: Any
Experience: Relevant experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile devices
Handle mobile repair equipment such as soldering iron, heat gun, multimeter, microscope, and opening toolkits
Identify hardware and software-related issues in smartphones
Perform repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist customers with mobile-related queries and provide suitable solutions
Handle retail sales and promote mobile products and accessories
Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service
Stay updated with current smartphone brands, operating systems, features, and market trends
Handle billing, basic calculations, and POS-related activities
Maintain proper records of repairs, sales, and customer requirements
Ensure the work area and equipment are maintained properly
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven hands-on experience or certification in mobile device repair is preferred
Experience in retail sales, customer service, or consumer electronics is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of current smartphone brands and operating systems
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Friendly and professional attitude
Basic mathematics and POS handling abilities
Willingness to work from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
