• Position: Domestic Voice Process

• Job Location: Visakhapatnam

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

• Salary Hike: Hike applicable after 6 months

• Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: Intermediate/Any Graduate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer calls and assist with basic queries.

• Communicate with customers professionally and politely.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Maintain accurate details of customer interactions.

• Follow company processes and guidelines.

• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

• Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
