JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.

• Communicate with international customers in a professional manner.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them to the concerned team.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.

• Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.

• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
