POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Content Creation – Team Lead

• Job Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

• Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Qualification: Intermediate or above

• Job Type: Full-time

• Shift: Morning Shift

• Gender: Male / Female

• Salary: ₹15,000+ per month for experienced candidates (Negotiable)

• Freshers: ₹7,000 stipend per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate content creation activities for the company.

• Monitor the work of Graphic Designers and Video Editors.

• Review posters, graphics, videos, and other creative content.

• Check whether the content meets company requirements and quality standards.

• Provide feedback and suggest necessary changes or improvements.

• Approve final designs and videos before publishing.

• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Maintain consistency in branding, quality, and content style.

• Generate new content ideas for social media and promotional activities.

• Guide and support team members in their creative work.
