• Position: OPT Recruiter

• Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

• Experience: 1–5 Years

• Qualification: Any Degree

• Salary: ₹22,000–₹50,000 per month

• Work Mode: Onsite

• Job Type: Full-time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and identify candidates for OPT-related job opportunities.

• Understand candidate profiles, qualifications, and job preferences.

• Search for suitable candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiters.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to close open positions.
