JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates for various IT positions based on client requirements.

• Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and candidate profiles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

• Coordinate technical and client interviews.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.

• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
