Job Summary
Study Connect is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will provide expert counseling, manage the end-to-end admission process, mentor junior counsellors, and contribute to achieving organizational admission goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide career and academic counseling to prospective students and parents.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses, universities, and career pathways.
- Handle the complete admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors to improve their performance.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, education fairs, and counseling sessions.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Prepare reports on admissions, conversions, and team performance.

- Outstanding presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- 2–5 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, EdTech, or the higher education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving admission or sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in domestic or international admissions.
- Knowledge of university admission processes and educational programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and regional languages.
