Job Summary:
Lenskart is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to manage store operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer queries.
Monitor store performance, sales, and productivity.
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Coordinate with regional and support teams for business growth.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
Eligibility:
Intermediate / Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail Sales or Store Management.
Experience in Optical Retail, Fashion Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Retail is preferred.
