Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Associates to join the Lenskart team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right eyewear products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and accessories.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
Explain product features, offers, and promotions to customers.
Handle billing, invoicing, and store transactions accurately.
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of products in the store.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility:
Intermediate / Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Willingness to work in retail shifts and weekends.
